While crossing the streets I took a picture of this way along Glorietta 5 and Intercontinental Hotel. It caught my attention because it really look so nice especially at night.

Taylor Swift turned Twenty

December 16, 2009

Taylor Swift turned 20 last December 13. She celebrated her Christmas themed birthday party in Hendersonville, Tenn., with her friends, her band and of course her family. What made this party extra special was the food served. Taylor and her mother baked butter cookies and gingerbread cookies with cream cheese icing for her guests. But aside for her party, she also celebrated her birthday by donating $250,000 to schools around the country.

“Something I wanted to do at the end of this amazing year and especially on my birthday was give back to something I really believe in, which is education. The schools that I went to and the amazing people I got to learn from really turned me into who I am, and I wanted to give back.”

She’s really an inspiration especially to the youth. Someone you can truly look up to and believes in the power of education. She was blessed because she knows how to share her blessings.

Happiest Birthday Ever!

December 16, 2009

This year I can say that this was my happiest birthday ever. Why? Because I just got a birthday shout out from Phi, member of the Jabbawockeez. I’m really an avid fan of this group and a simple happy birthday means a lot to me. Although I asked them to greet me on twitter it made my day so special when he granted my request. Another was when my friend from Dubai called me just to say happy birthday, I’m really touched because I’m not expecting it. All of my friends who sent their messages, I really appreciate it because they remember my birthday. And even though it’s late, We Are Heroes, the America’s Best Dance Crew Season 4 Champion and used to be one of my idols sent their birthday messages. My friend all the way from Canada also texted me and greeted me. Even though there’s no big celebrations, my 25th birthday was the most memorable and happiest birthday ever.

Something To Be Remembered

December 16, 2009

Last Monday was our final Kris Kringle. Because it was already the last, we thought of a theme such as “Something Worth Remembering”. I bought a pillow, so that every time she used it she will remember me. I just got a cute jewelry box from Cathy and I love it, the colors, its appearance, everything. I will feel the same way, every time I see or use it I will remember the person who gave it. I really can’t wait for our exchange gift even though I already knew what will I receive (new Paramore album) this was what I wrote in my wish list. This are the photos of the gift I received.
