Taylor Swift turned Twenty

Taylor Swift turned 20 last December 13. She celebrated her Christmas themed birthday party in Hendersonville, Tenn., with her friends, her band and of course her family. What made this party extra special was the food served. Taylor and her mother baked butter cookies and gingerbread cookies with cream cheese icing for her guests. But aside for her party, she also celebrated her birthday by donating $250,000 to schools around the country.
“Something I wanted to do at the end of this amazing year and especially on my birthday was give back to something I really believe in, which is education. The schools that I went to and the amazing people I got to learn from really turned me into who I am, and I wanted to give back.”
She’s really an inspiration especially to the youth. Someone you can truly look up to and believes in the power of education. She was blessed because she knows how to share her blessings.
Taylor Swift’s Second Leg of “Fearless Tour”

Taylor Swift will be having a second leg of her “Fearless” tour next year. She will start in Australia on February 4. After her 5 shows in Australia she will go back to United States and Canada for a series of live concerts which will end on June 2. Her supporting acts are Kellie Pickler and Gloriana.

“I’m so excited to take the Fearless tour back out on the road again in 2010,”

Taylor Swift opened the Country Music Television awards with a skit about living out her dreams. The 19-year-old country and pop sensation went a long way toward doing just that by winning video of the year and female video of the year for “Love Story” and by performing with one of her favorite rock bands.
