2009 NU 107 Rock Awards will be on October 30, Sunday at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. This event happens yearly to honor our local rock artists and bands.

Barangay LSFM 97.1 DJs
Yesterday, July 17, Friday, we went to LSFM 97.1, a local radio station here in the Philippines. We’re an avid fan of their radio shows like “Talk to Papa” and “Wanted Sweetheart”. We also want to see our favorite DJs in person, we’re curious on how they look behind these beautiful voices. Even though it’s raining very hard, me together with my 2 workmates didn’t hesitate to go.

1st Philippine Radio Music Awards

The First Philippine Radio Music Awards was held last June 9, 2009, Tuesday at Sky Dome of SM North Edsa. Hosted by the dj’s of Magic 89.9, Mo Twister, Grace Lee, Mojo Jojo and Andi9. It was presented by Dynamedia Productions together with the five Philippine radio stations; Jam 88.3, Wave 89.1, Magic 89.9, 99.5RT, 103.5 Max FM.
Good times without Mo!

Every morning, when I’m at work, I always listen to my favorite radio program Good times with Mo, Mojo and Grace Lee. I always tune in at exactly 6am even though sometimes it will start at 6:15am. But for the passed 3 days the group was incomplete. Mo was hospitalized because of a high fever and a bite by some animal or insect but they don’t know what kind. Mojo said that Mo was ok now but he needs to rest for a couple of days before he goes to work. He will go back this Monday. The listeners miss Mo including me. Grace Lee and Mojo were doing a good job but you can feel that there’s something missing. Hope he get well as soon as possible and take a lot of vitamins like Grace Lee.
