Christmas Is For Kids

Every one celebrated Christmas, young ones and even young at hearts. But kids are definitely the happiest people when Christmas comes. They said Christmas is for kids. Kids are going to their godmother/godfather to ask for gifts and money and they’re so happy when they received one. But I hope their parents teach them what’s the real meaning of Christmas and mark to their mind that Christmas is no just for asking gifts and money. Christmas is Jesus Christ’s birthday and we need to thank him for all the blessings that he gives to us.

 

Our Christmas Gathering

Christmas is so important to me because this is the time for parties, reunions and gatherings. The only time that we see our good friends and be together again. Yearly we always do this with my close friends way back in highschool and college. And even though some of us have work and already have own family that’s not a hindrance for us to have a gathering or a mini reunion. It’s nice to see them again, laugh with them and talk with them again. It’s so sad that one of us is in Dubai right now so for 2 consecutive years she’s not with us. But she’s still in our hearts and we really miss her. I love my friends very much. Friends Forever.

I’m so happy every time that I received gifts because I feel so special. It means that I became a good friend to them and I believe that it was a sign of appreciation. I love opening gifts because I love surprises. I appreciate all of it, even if it’s small or big it does not matter.

Christmas is giving and sharing. I really love giving gifts every Christmas especially to my friends and to the people who’ve been close to me. It’s my way of giving back for all the nicest things that they did to me for the whole year. This gifts are not expensive but I always make sure that they can remember me on that thing. New Stuffs this Christmas Season

Every Christmas Season I always have new stuffs like new clothes, new things etc. I think I’m not alone because I know some of us only got new things when Christmas comes. The difference between my past Christmas and this recent Christmas about this new things is that I’m the one who spend on my own clothes. When I was a child my mother was the one who bought me clothes, shoes, gifts but now when I’m already working I’m the one who provide everything that’s why I missed being a child. But it’s okay with me because I can decide which I will buy because its my money by the way.

Something To Be Remembered

Last Monday was our final Kris Kringle. Because it was already the last, we thought of a theme such as “Something Worth Remembering”. I bought a pillow, so that every time she used it she will remember me. I just got a cute jewelry box from Cathy and I love it, the colors, its appearance, everything. I will feel the same way, every time I see or use it I will remember the person who gave it. I really can’t wait for our exchange gift even though I already knew what will I receive (new Paramore album) this was what I wrote in my wish list. This are the photos of the gift I received.

“Kris Kringle” (Something Naughty)

I got a pink headband bunny in our first Kris Kringle. Our theme was Something Naugthy and I asked if what’s naughty in a headband bunny? They said that it was a logo or costume of the girls in a playboy magazine. If you think of that way, it is really naughty but what I see in this was a child thing. It’s cute and I really love color pink.

Some stuff were a blue headband bunny, a lingerie and sexy pig figurine.

Christmas Is In The Air

The Christmas day is already near, less than 20 days to go for the season to come. You already feel the cold breeze and you can feel that Christmas is in the air. The malls are always packed of shoppers doing their early Christmas shopping. Christmas parties and events happen everywhere. Buying gifts for loved ones always excites me. Christmas decorations are hanged in every house and establishments and it brings joy to the person who sees when the lights are on. Christmas carols always had been background music in every mall. But behind all of this, don’t forget that Christmas is the day of birth of Jesus Christ. Gifts and money are only material things what’s important is that we celebrate Christmas by sharing what we have and doing things that Jesus taught us. Advance Merry Christmas!
